Online Subscription Service User Guide

 

Welcome to the user Handbook for the PrairieWebWorks.Com Newspaper Subscription Utility. The Tool is very robust and could seem complex and daunting, however, it is extremely simple to Navigate and administer.

For the purposes of this Guide, we will only refer to Naviagtion options that pertain to the operation of the Subscriptions Section only. If a viewer navigates out of the Subscription service, they will have to Log In again to return and continue viewing the Online Edition of the Newspaper.

We have broken the Manual down into a few sections to make it easier for you to find answers to any Specific Questions you may have.

The Entry Portal

Before doing anything in the site, new users must register.

Registered Members, Subscribers and Admin staff have to Log In to navigate the site.

Before viewing the Online Edition, Registered users must Subscribe.

All actions begin at the Log In page.

Site Administration

The site administrator has many advanced priviledges - and responsibilities.

The admin controls the way the site is maintained by adding and deleting Editions as well as controlling what access priviledges users have.

Logging in as Admin, gives advanced site access.
